Recipes
Meat Sauce for the Spaghetti Squash – I sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil, then added grass-fed ground beef until it was browned. Then I added a jar of bought spaghetti sauce that has no sugar in it. This time, it was Paesana Organic Tomato Basil sauce from Costco. It was a winner!
BBQ Chicken in the Instant Pot – Second easiest recipe ever. Put 2 lbs or so of frozen chicken breasts in the instant pot. Pour ½ cup of Tessamae’s BBQ Sauce over it. Add ½ cup of water. Cook on Poultry Setting for 25 minutes, then allow Instant Pot to release pressure naturally.
Beef Kabobs – Easiest recipe EVER. My mom bought pre-made kabobs from Publix. She is amazing. Not the marinated ones – no way they are Whole30 compliant – so we seasoned them with salt and pepper. We were out of propane for the grill, so cooked them under the broiler for like 15 minutes, turning often. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Kitchen Sink Chicken Quiche – This one changes every time I make it, as I use whatever is in the fridge that needs usin’. For this one, I lined the pan with prosciutto, put in two big handfuls of fresh spinach and leftover roasted veggies. The poured in 10 beaten eggs and topped with halved grape tomatoes, salt and pepper. Not bad, if I do say so myself.
Chicken Broccoli Bake – This was a new recipe we were trying out. It was SUPER easy and yummy, so will stay in the mix. Depending on the size of the chicken thighs, you might even be able to cut the cook time down a bit, too.
Only just over a week to go!!! I’ll try and give you guys some more variation on breakfast recipes next week. 🙂
